Organic preservation of meat products without added nitrites and nitrates.

In the process of manufacturing meat products we used acid whey coming from the production of ecological cheese. This inhibits the development of undesirable microflora, stops the oxidation processes, shapes the color and taste, and strengthens the participation of positive bacteria in the digestive tract. Additionally, we introduce many valuable nutrients into the product.
