Development of Innovative Fruit Products with High Health-promoting Potential for People with Specific Nutritional Needs

The aim of the project was to develop recipes and production technologies for three ranges of fruit products with health-promoting features: fruit drinks with reduced energy value with the addition of herb extracts mixture, fruit jellies with a high content of fruit ingredients and concentrated fruit purees-based desserts.
