On the 23rd-28th of July, representatives of our scientific staff – Professor Krystian Marszałek and Ph.D. student Zhe Chen from the Department of Fruit and Vegetable Product Technology participated in the ’28th AIRAPT and 60th EHPRG International Conference’ (European High Pressure Research Group), where they presented the latest research results from the Ho-Food project implementation.
