In the name of the Organising Committee I have a great honor to invite you to participate in the 29th International Scientific Conference PROGRESS IN TECHNOLOGY OF VEGETABLE FATS.

The conference will cover the following thematic blocks:

  • Nutritional aspects of vegetable fats,
  • Vegetable oils – technology, quality, application
  • Modification of fats in technological processes
  • Novel edible oil sources
  • Quality issues, analytical methods and compliance with CEN and ISO
  • Fat products on the domestic market – rapeseed oil, olive oil, margarines, fries, confectionery fats, fat mixes

Scientific papers will be presented in the form of lectures, reports and posters.

The conference will be attended by representatives of universities, associations, companies producing oils and fats and cooperating with the fat industry.

The conference also includes scientific workshops on issues related to the evaluation of the sensory quality of cold-pressed and refined rapeseed oil and olive oil.
