On the 3-5th June, the National Agricultural Field Days 2023 were held in Sielinek in the Wielkopolskie Voivodeship. The event was organized by the Wielkopolska Agricultural Advisory Center in Poznań. The National Agricultural Field Days is a celebration of Polish agriculture and attracts thousands of people interested and involved in agriculture every year. This year’s Field Days were held under the theme of “Innovative Agriculture”.

Several thousand people from all over the country came to Sielinek and visited hundreds of demonstration booths, tasted regional food from various parts of Poland while watching the performances of regional music bands. Modern and antique agricultural equipment was also presented.

In a special Innovation Zone, the visitors were being acquainted with the latest solutions in the Polish agriculture. The third day of the event was the Day of Young Farmer, young people from agricultural secondary schools took part in dedicated shows and workshops.

Throughout the 3 days of the event, various shows and lectures were held in the demonstration booths, this year there were over 800 of them available for the visitors. The Institute of Agricultural and Food Biotechnology was also present at this event. At our booth, we were promoting our latest research results as well as presented meat, fruit and dairy products developed in cooperation with our commercial partners. On the first day of the exhibition, our booth was visited by a delegation from the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.
